The Space:
Were just minutes away from both I29 & I94 as well as top attractions like Fargo Sports Complex, The Lights on Sheyenne, Scheels Arena, West Acres, and more.

Sports fans will love being close to hockey arenas, baseball fields, and golf courses.

LIVING SPACES:
The upstairs living room features a comfortable leather sofa, accent chairs, and a 58” Roku TV for all your streaming needs. Natural light floods the room through large windows and a patio door.

The downstairs family room offers ample seating with a spacious sectional and a 58” Roku TV, perfect for relaxing or working, with an adjacent desk for added convenience.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig duo coffee maker, cookware, and all the essentials. The dining area seats six, with additional bar seating at the kitchen counter. Board games and a highchair are provided for families.

Bedrooms
Primary (Upstairs): King bed, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and full-length mirror, and blackout shades.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, Roku TV, spacious closet, and blackout shades.

Bedroom 3 (Basement): Queen bed, Roku TV, spacious closet, and blackout shades.

Bedroom 4 (Basement): Two twin beds, Roku TV, spacious closet, and blackout shades.

All rooms include charging stations, extra blankets, and portable fans. Luggage racks can also be located in the primary bedroom and basement queen bedroom. A pack-n-play is available for little ones, free of charge.

BATHROOMS:
Two updated full bathrooms stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The upstairs bath features a hairdryer and first aid kit.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Step outside to the patio with a dining set and propane grill, perfect for summer BBQs.

Guest Access:
• Enjoy full-access to the entire house during your stay, including the deep two-stall garage.

• Please note that the linen closet upstairs is secured for additional supplies, as is the door located under the stairwell.

I will message you a day before your arrival with all the check-in details including address and keycode to access the house.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is well-established and peaceful. There is a park within walking distance as well as numerous walking paths.

You will find easy access to main roadways, interstate systems, local attractions, Sanford and Essentia Hospitals, sport facilities, restaurants, bars and so much more.

Getting Around:
You're welcome to bring your vehicle(s) and park in the over-sized two-stall garage as well as in the driveway. The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Additional parking is available on the side street, but it is first come first served and shared with the neighbors.

Lyft and Uber are both available options for ride share.

Public transportation is also available in the form of taxi services.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

• All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents.
• There are two external security cameras on the property. One is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. It faces the sidewalk entryway and city street. The second security camera is located at the garage and faces the driveway and city street. These are for your protection and to ensure our cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for you.
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond my control.
• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately.
• We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and coffee. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.

PARKING:
The garage may be used for your parking needs. We ask that you please keep the overhead garage door closed at all times.

There is room for additional parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

If additional parking is needed, you are able to park on along the south side of the street. Please note, these spaces are first-come first-served and are shared with the neighbors. Only one side of the street has parking allowed so please be mindful of the signs and only park where permitted. Your vehicle may be towed if you park on the wrong side of the street.

NEIGHBORING YARDS:
Please stay off the adjacent neighbors lawns and driveways. Please stick to the public sidewalks.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were traveling with two small children so it was awesome to be able to use the garage when it was so cold this weekend.
