It has a kitchen/living room in open concept, three bedrooms all with direct access to the terrace, mezzanine with two beds and a TV and DVD player. For the children there is a PlayStation3 and table football. Bathroom with swhirlpool. There are covered and open terrace. The house is highly insulated and equipped with wood-burning stove and air-to-air heat pump, which reduces energy costs to a minimum. The decor is light Danish cottage style. Furnishing is modern and tasteful and aligned with the decoration. Because of the large windows, the light can shine freely into the house, so that a stay here at any time of the year is pleasant. Owner has with a sure hand and an eye for quality and functionality achieved a very pleasing whole and a very attractive house. The plot is an open dune plot perfect for outdoor activities such as sunbathing, playing with the kids or having fun around the grill in the evenings. Free admitrance to water park.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
