The elegant kitchen is equipped with delicious materials and is open to the bright and spacious living room – here, cooking can be enjoyed as a shared experience with the family. Outside, there are two lovely terraces: one with morning sun – perfect for a quiet cup of coffee, and the other with evening sun, where you can light up the grill and enjoy the atmosphere as the day draws to a close. For the youngest guests, there is a sandpit, a new swing set with a 120 cm sensory swing and a regular swing, while the rest of the family can romp around on the large green lawn - ideal for ball games and play. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
