All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was very cute and had everything you’d need to be near the beach and the action of PCB. It was not over the top fancy, the living room is kind of small and the some of the beds were hard, but overall it had the space for a family getaway, reasonable price and the stove was very very nice.

Home was nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was the internet service was very poor. Could not really watch anything on the TV without it buffering or taking 10 minutes to load.
