Spacious holiday cottage with whirlpool located just approx. 200 m from the North Sea in the popular cottage area a little south of Løkken. Personal furnishings with plenty of room for the entire family. The large glass sections make the living room very bright and warm and from here you have access to one of the terraces. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool. The wood-burning stove and heat pump heat provide low-cost heating. There is a sheltered south-faced terrace. Large, open natural plot with some plantings. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
