About this house rental
Play, relax, rinse and repeat at this amazing vacation home! This is a perfect place for family gatherings. Quiet, private setting on 2.5 acres, yet close to everything!
Only 200 feet from The Dragon trailhead, spend a day out biking, then come home to soak in the hot tub! Or take a peaceful 10 minute walk (about .7 miles) down to Sandy Beach and watch the kids play in the water. Have a boat or RV? Kayaks or paddle boards? UTV? Bring all your toys and store them in our huge pole barn! (RV hookup available).
This modern home is our family cottage where we stay several weeks each year. It can sleep up to 11 people and has plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities. Inside you have fully stocked kitchen (seriously, you won't need to bring any cookware), gas stove, dishwasher, and island. It has a gas fireplace with temperature settings. Heated floors throughout the home (so nice in the winter, not necessary in summer). Nintendo switch for the kids (or adult children like me!) downstairs. Two smart TVs. You can just plug in your log in information into your favorite streaming service.
Outside you have the year round hot tub, deck, and 2.5 acres to explore. Not to mention the 43 mile Dragon trail! This is one of Michigan's top mountain biking and hiking trails. We have two picnic tables, lots of outdoor seating, and a gas grill for your convenience.

Us 6 ladies had a fabulous stay at The Dragon House. Beautiful house with all the great amenities, great access to the trails for hiking and a beach close by, plus, the hot tub was a plus after a long day. We also went to the Heavenly Vineyards winery only 11 miles away and they said there was 4 total wineries close by! Host was responsive and addressed any questions or issues ASAP. Thank you!
