About this house rental
10 minutes by motorway (direct access) from Place Bellecour and the old town of Lyon (20 minutes by bus), this house, completely restored with care and taste, is equipped with new furniture.
Many brands in the area (Carrefour, Lidl, Grand frais, Aldi, Intermarché, Action, Gifi, Grand frais...) and very close to the Lyon Sud hospital (7 min by car).
The house is located in a quiet housing development (6 houses) and has several spaces (all free) right in front.
A small garden and a small interior courtyard are accessible and adjoining the house. Possibility to eat outside when the weather permits.
Access a few hundred meters to the wild part of the Rhône (cradle of Bernard CLAVEL's "Pirates of the Rhône"). Footpaths are laid out all the way).
