Come enjoy the 32nd Annual Freeport Sparkle Celebration! Starting December 5th with the Sparkle Parade down Main Street, or you can come enjoy the Northern Light show at LL Bean starting November 21st.
Coastal Freeport Flat is now small dog friendly with a fenced in yard! No more than 2 small dogs or 1 dog under 50 pounds. Coastal Freeport Flat—a renovated gem offering a delightful blend of vibrant aesthetics and cozy comfort. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit welcomes you with a burst of color, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside.
Enjoy the ease of single-level living, where every corner radiates with the warmth of natural light. Just a quick 4-minute drive from downtown Freeport, this duplex combines convenience with style for an unforgettable stay.
The living room is a haven of relaxation, providing a bright and spacious environment to unwind. Immerse yourself in the vibrant decor and sink into the comfort of carefully selected furnishings. We have also added a few items for convenience if you are bringing a dog, such as food and water bowls, dog bed, treats, and much more!
In the fully-appointed kitchen, full sized appliances stand ready for your culinary adventures. Equipped with pans, dishware, and utensils, the kitchen is a functional and stylish space for preparing meals and creating lasting memories.
Both bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, featuring quiet surroundings and plush memory foam beds. Whether you're catching up on rest or planning the next day's adventures, these bedrooms provide the perfect respite. Sound machines are also provided if needed to help with sleep and relaxation.
The private and clean bathroom ensuring a refreshing experience. There is a full shower/bathtub combination along with basic amenities.

We are also minutes away from some amazing state parks including Bradbury Mountain, Wolfs Neck, and Winslow Memorial.

Guests will have the entire second unit of the duplex for their use. The one level duplex is private with plenty of room for parking. Guests will have 2 parking spots to the right side of the property, directly next to the entrance. There is only a few steps from the parking spots to the front door of Unit 2.
Other things to note
Unit 1 of the duplex is occupied. They are very quiet and keep to themselves.
If you need anything please do not go to Unit 1 door, please reach out to me via the app.

The place was flawlessly clean! Very friendly and prompt communication. There were so many thoughtful details to make cooking, sleeping, and other daily activities easy and comfortable. The property is only a four minute drive away from many things, but I absolutely recommend renting a car to get as the space around the property is rural and not meant for pedestrians until you get to town.

We had wonderful three night stay in Freeport at this half a duplex. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. The host left us many welcome food items which was nice. The only two minor things that were amiss were vrbo did not give us the door code, we had to call the host when we arrived. The second is I am older and the shower/tub could use a small grab bar for getting in and out for safety. Otherwise a great stay and would use again when in the area.

This is our second stay at this property. It is clean (dare I say immaculate?). Quiet (very peaceful in the evening and night) and close ( LL Bean, Portland and points south, restaurants and our favorite beach). The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed.
Our host was great and communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner.
Truly a five-star stay!
