About this house rental

Great House and Fantastic Location. 2-stories, 1,754 square-feet, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, bright, open, and updated all brick home on a wonderful street! 1.6 miles from Washington University and the Metrolink. 1.4 miles from the University City Loop. One block from Starbucks, Dewey's Pizza, Frida's, Pedal Pedal Cycling Studio, Diego's, The Only Fascial, Mind-Body-Spirit, and more. Kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Newly refinished gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Functional wood-burning fireplace encased in art deco white marble. Screened-in porch off of dining room. Fenced yard. One car attached garage and 1/2 finished basement. Includes washer/dryer and patio set for your use. Forced heat/Central air. Additional pet deposit for house-broken pets. No smokers. Will "kasher" the kitchen upon request.
