The Space:
This unit is the second floor rear of the building. Small side yard adjacent to the side entry porch. Shared second floor side porch (front unit has private front porch so this one is yours to use) This building provides off street parking of one spot per unit.
Guest Access:
We provide self check information the day prior to arrival. Guests will access the unit with instructions, and a code for access to a lockbox with the key inside for their unit.
The Neighborhood:
Rimmon Heights - West Side of Manchester. Traditionally, a French Canadian part of the city with generations of Proud NH Residents.
Getting Around:
Check out the Rail Trail if you want to bike around the area! Driving- easy access to Highways - RT 3 North or South plus RT 93 a few miles to the East of the city.

A conversation about your stay required within 24 hours of your booking acceptance before they are final.
An accurate number of guests and pets are required for each booking request. Owner requires rental package be completed upon acceptance of reservation
