All new and modern furnishings, including a stocked kitchen for your stay. King bed in the master bedroom with couch for relaxing, and desk for working. Head out to the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee/tea or glass of wine at night. Private master bathroom has a giant soaking tub and walk in shower. Head down the hallway to find laundry room and guest bathroom with dual sink/bathtub. Upstairs you’ll find two guest rooms each with Queen beds. The end guest room also has a nice lounging chair and tv to unwind after a day of exploring. Down the stairs on the first floor you’ll find the 4th bedroom with Queen bed, and tv. Next to it another guest bathroom with walk-in shower. Enter the fresh spacious kitchen for your indoor entertaining needs, along with dining table and living room lounging. Head outside to chill under a covered patio in a fenced private yard complete with grill/dining table/lounging/putting green/boxing bag, or relaxing in the hot tub to complete your weekend!! Outdoor speakers can be connected to Bluetooth.
