— This is a smoke-free property. Violation is subject to $500 fee and property damage cost.
— Please respect our home. Failure to do this will result in being billed for any damage from your stay.
— Your dog is welcome! Please add your dog to the reservation. There is a 1-time fee. 2 dogs max. No other types of animals authorized.

— Pool maintenance every Thursday afternoon. We will do our best to give a heads up.
