Plenty of on-site parking for multiple vehicles and boats and is incredibly close to the Chicken Creek boat ramp. Yard is fenced in for the kids/fur babies to play in with a fire pit to roast smores. Can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably or 9 people with provided air mattress. Come make memories at this perfect getaway spot.

Parking
Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Great for fishing tournaments.

Dog Friendly
Up to two (2) potty trained dogs, 50lbs or less each, is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is required. Please notify host at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend. No dogs on furniture. Please crate if leaving unattended.

Boat Ramp
The Chicken Creek boat ramp is only about a mile away and there is space to park your boat at the cottage. The boat ramp is large with two lighted docks on each side and plenty of parking.

Two large covered patios in the backyard with plenty of seating for everyone. A Blackstone is available to grill up your favorite meal or sit around the fire pit.
