Experience the rapidly expanding part of Las Vegas that many visitors don't know exists! You will conveniently be located near the new Durango hotel which gives you the experience of the Las Vegas strip without the crowd.
You are also about 5 mins from IKEA, restaurants, and many other stores.
With easy access to the freeway, quickly get to anywhere in Las Vegas!
You get the entire spacious two-bedroom unit to yourself. This unit is on the first floor which is very convenient without you having to climb the stairs.
Walk into the welcoming living area that features an open floor plan which includes the cozy tastefully designed living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and necessary cooking utensils you who enjoys to cook like me.
The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with bath tub/shower combo with wide rain shower head, and walk-in closet. There is also blackout curtains that allows you to have a very relaxing beauty sleep, especially if you work at night.
The guest bedroom is also as spacious as the primary bedroom with walk-in closet. There is a desk and comfortable ergonomic chair here coupled with the high speed internet for you who work from home.
The guest bathroom is has one door that connects with the guest bedroom that makes it en-suite as well.
You get to enjoy the entire space and the wonderful amenities that the community has to offer like swimming pools (the main one is temporarily unavailable for now), fitness center, movie theatre, EV charger, children play ground, etc.
Please note that a quick background screening will be conducted for monthly booking after your booking request is accepted and before you move-in to comply with property management requirements. You will pay the associated fee.
***Absolutely NO domestic animals are allowed, including ESA's or Service animals.
***NO SMOKING, use of recreational drugs, marijuana, tobacco products, vaping, excessive drinking is allowed either. If any of these are found, the remainder of your reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund.

Had a good time. Well equiped condo. Same as pictures we saw at VRBO. Our arrival was very easy.
We had a rapid answer to our questions from the host when we need it. She came at the condo to resolve a problem , she is very kind.i
