About this villa rental
Renovated villa with sunny living room / dining room with 3 bedrooms. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Koksijde-Bad, just outside the center and + - 1 km from the sea. The large garden is located right next to the dune reserve "De Hoge Blekker". Pets prohibited. Hall, living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower enclosure, toilet. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
Layout: Ground floor: (Living room(seating area), dining room(dining table(6 persons)), Kitchen(hob(induction), electric kettle, toaster, hood, coffee machine(pads), combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge), toilet(toilet), storage(freezer, ironing board, iron)) On the 1st floor: (bedroom(double bed(two single duvets, 140 x 200 cm)), bedroom(single bed(duvet, 90 x 200 cm), single bed(duvet, 90 x 200 cm)), bedroom(bunk bed(duvet)), bathroom(bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet))
