Located in the scenic village of Harzé, this beautifully renovated 200-year-old villa blends modern comfort with rustic charm, making it ideal for families. Nestled at the foot of a hill, the home features a stream, two terraces with garden furniture, a climbing frame, barbecue, and a sauna for 4 guests, perfect for year-round relaxation. Enjoy walks along the Ninglinspo River, just minutes away, or explore nearby attractions like the Caves of Remouchamps (7 km), Safari Monde Sauvage (12 km), and the spa town of Spa (21 km). The Butgenbacher Lake and Gileppe Dam are both within a 35 km drive, offering scenic day trips and water activities. The villa is equipped with central heating, a fully fitted kitchen, and spacious living areas. Whether you're enjoying a summer barbecue or a cozy winter evening by the fire, this home offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.
