Sunshine Falls is a Perfect mountain home location for all your 4-wheeling adventures to the Alpine Loop and for all hiker enthusiasts. We are located at the entrance to Cinnamon Pass.
You will enjoy the most beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains and the Sunshine Water Fall while sitting on the deck or enjoying the fire pit.
You will also enjoy the morning moose and elk across the street feeding in the Lake Fork Gunnison River.

Sunshine Falls was the best possible property. The mountain and waterfall views are just incredible! Right in the middle of God’s creation, His majesty proclaimed in every view! Just breathtaking!We loved watching the deer on the side of the mountain from the deck. The kitchen was stocked well with every possible gadget needed. Lots of linens and towels for our long stay. Another blessing was two washer and dryers, a stackable in the nice washroom down stairs and a full size set upstairs. Great for two large families. We had a wonderful time at this wonderful property, perfectly located on the Alpine Loop. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.
