Nestled in the pretty village of Cathervielle, renowned for the quality of its air and its small fountains, the stone chalet is located 10 minutes from the ski resort of Peyragudes, 10 minutes from the Luchon gondolas for the ski resort of Superbagnères.
Just renovated, the accommodation has new equipment including the modern kitchen with the bonus of a raclette, fondue, steamer service... You will benefit from a large living space with kitchen/living room with wooden floors with TV, then to sleep a master suite upstairs with exposed beams with a private living room, a 2nd bedroom with stone wall and a dormitory for 4 people (the 5th person will sleep in the sofa bed) with its bathroom. There will also be a 2nd independent bathroom with toilet and in addition a 2nd independent toilet.
In this peaceful environment, you will be at the starting point of many hikes such as the lake of Oo, streams to cool off in summer and also: mountain biking, paragliding, golf, dog sledding, snowshoeing,... swimming pool in Loudenvielle 25 minutes away as well as Balnéa and all its facilities for children near the lake.
You will find everything you need in Luchon 10 minutes away for shopping, restaurants, cinema, new spa at the Luchon thermal baths with the only natural hamam in Europe dug into the rock...
In the garden you can park 2 cars except in case of snow.
You will stay on the 1st floor (accessible on the first floor by the path) and on the 2nd floor.
From the front door there will be 2 steps to access the large living room and dormitory, then 1 works down to go to the bedroom or bathroom.
The master suite is upstairs accessible by the wooden staircase.
