The apartment is well maintained and every detail has been thought of. There are heated concrete floors throughout the apartment, a large entrance hall and a beautiful kitchen with access to a private terrace. Large bathroom and good living room with large window sections that allow lots of sunlight inside and a view of the paddock in front. There is a lawn on the property for ball games or you can enjoy nature on the house's terrace from morning to evening. The homeowner lives in the main house next door. Dogs must remain on a leash on the property. Here you have nature as your neighbor, but are still only a few minutes' walk from the golf course, the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is an idyllic property with fields and forest nearby. For your child's convenience, there is a high chair and a cot. Please note that your consumption costs are already included in the rental price. No rental to youth groups desired! The house exudes true country idyll in beautiful and peaceful natural surroundings, perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and completely relax. There are high ceilings, birdsong and views of fields. The newly restored apartment is well-equipped with TV, Chromecast and a spacious kitchen with direct access to a lovely terrace. The floor plan is ideal for four people who enjoy sleeping in the same room when on holiday. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
