Family-friendly, 4 BR, 4 BA, POOL
Laguna Dreamin' is centrally located on the west end of Panama City Beach in the Laguna Beach area. This family-friendly 2 floor, 4 bedroom, 4 bath house is spacious, comfortable, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Laguna Dreamin' also has a PRIVATE POOL. Three bathrooms have walkin showers and one bathroom (main floor) has a tub/shower combination. The bathroom on the main floor is also just inside the back entrance from the pool area. The main floor has a spacious living/dining and kitchen featuring an open floor plan. The washer and dryer and a side entrance are on the south side of the home. There is a separate bunk room (for children only) and a bathroom just across a small hallway near the rear of the house. There is a sofa bed in the family room. A spacious stairway leads to the second floor. The first bedroom on the 2nd floor has 2 twin beds, TV, closet, and bathroom with walk in shower. The next bedroom is the master bedroom featuring a King bed, TV, walk in closet and bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom on the second floor had a Queen bed, TV, closet and bathroom with walk in shower. Laguna Dreamin' is a 5 minute walk to the world's most beautiful beaches at beach entrance #84 at the intersection of Front Beach Road and Twin Lakes Drive. The beautiful back yard with privacy fence has a cozy fire pit/grill area with seating. The pool area has a picnic table lounge chairs and chairs in the pool. There is also a private outdoor shower in the pool area. The home has an EV charger. We have a ring doorbell at the front entrance and a camera at the back door toward the pool and grill area. These cameras are for security purposes.

Great location, easy access to Main Street. House was beautiful, everything was nice and well stocked. Kids enjoyed the house and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax and be in a great location and quick access to beach!

My friends and I stayed at Laguna Dreamin' to getaway after 6 weeks of rehearsals and opening of Peach State Summer Theatre in GA. This home had LITERALLY EVERYTHING we needed. We loved the pool, front porch and kitchen seating area. We spent time visiting and cooking together. The beds were super comfortable. The private bathrooms were great for each guest/couple to have their own space. One day we went over to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Another day we rented a pontoon boat and went to Shell Island. Our group enjoyed morning runs in the peaceful little neighborhood. The beach is super close, sunset walks were beautiful. The are so many dining and shopping venues nearby, but the area is so private and peaceful as well. We can see groups of all types and families enjoying this vacation home and making lasting memories year after year. The house even has an EV CHARGER! It is obvious that the owners put so much thought and effort into every detail. We can't wait to stay again soon.

My family loved staying at this beautiful new house! We had 4 adults and 4 kids. It was so wonderful having the pool in the back yard - the kids went out to swim every morning and we adults had time to sit on the porch with our coffee and enjoy the breeze in the beautiful live oaks and palms next door and across the street.
It's a short walk to the beach, and the best thing about it is that there's no parking area at this beach access, so it's not as crowded - just folks who arrive on foot or by golf cart.
The house is really nicely located outside of the hubbub of downtown Panama City, but still just a couple minutes from Carousel (local grocery store), restaurants, and everything you might need. There's a fun thrift shop just down the road that my daughter and I had fun exploring.
As for the house, it's so nice that there's a bathroom in every bedroom! We adults loved the king and queen bedrooms upstairs - super comfortable and spacious. The bonus bunk room downstairs is such a smart use of space - the kids were happy there and in the twin room upstairs. There's a pullout couch in the living room but we didn't need it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and we also appreciated the fire circle out back - had smores with the kids one night.
The hosts were responsive and friendly, and helped us with all our questions before and during the trip.
I really can't think of a single thing that could be better. We will definitely be back!
