Clean, great location, friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Beach towels and borrow of a beach umbrella available, directions to beach, historicsl and linteresting landmarks, parking help, etc. Safe and quiet. Very organized, helpful and kind. Would return.
I assumed in -room A/C, my oversight. Howver, overhead and plug in fans were available in room, very safe to open patio for cool evening air, easy to have a quick cool shower rinse, A/C in lobby and shared dining room, and very close to the beach for a lovely swim. We were quite comfortable even in late June.

A wonderful, warm and helpful reception from the owners. I liked the way that a quirky old building had been so stylishly and sensibly furnished. The owners had provided all the little things that a traveller needs. The location couldn't have been better. 15 min walk to bus and train stations and 5 mins to the main shopping street, La Nova Rambla.
