- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

We had a wonderful stay at the Jackson Hideaway. The property was clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed spending time out in the deck enjoying the beautiful views and the hot tub!

What we loved about this house:- Everything seemed new- All windows opened and screens were intact- Large living room and kitchen fit everyone- Mountain view from living room and deck- TImely communication with property management companyWhat disappointed us:- The tub/shower drain in the main bath was extremely slow (you were up to your ankles in water after a 10-minute shower). We messaged the property management company on our first night asking them to send someone out to take a look. We received a polite reply the next morning, and several more during our 5-day stay, but no one ever came, so we all showered as fast as possible.- Once the hot tub cover was removed and the hot tub was in use, the hot tub couldn't maintian its temperature. On the 2 evenings with air temps in the 60s, the hot tub temp dropped 5 degrees in 30 minutes to a warm-sh 100 degrees. But on the 2 evenings with air temps in the 50s, the hot tub temp dropped 10 degrees in 30 minutes to a chilly 95 degrees. We were there in the summer, I don't think the hot tub would be usable in cooler months.
