About this cabin rental
Welcome to the Lake! Our waterfront cabin offers plenty of space for the whole family. With breathtaking views and plenty of yard space, we are sure you will make memories that will last a lifetime. Located only 20 minutes to North Conway, 20 Minutes to Bridgton and 15 minutes from Shawnee Peak, our cabin is secluded yet close to everything!
Our cabin caters perfectly to families and groups of friends with plenty of space for everyone. Come enjoy our private lakefront cabin any time of year!
We live 7 minutes down the road if you need anything!
We have 2.5 bathrooms. The half bath is finished but located in an unfinished basment.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Excellent property. Clean, comfortable, great deck and views, nice waterfront and lots of fun activities. The photos DO NOT do the backyard and waterfront justice - Both were much better than expected (see attached photos).
