CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: This home is experiencing major disruption from a house being built on the lot next door. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.
Perched at the top of the Potato Patch neighborhood across from Vail Mountain, Forever View Retreat is a wonderful family retreat home. This multi-level duplex has great living spaces, dining capacity for everyone staying at the house at one table, and an expertly located hot tub for après ski. But it is the views south to Vail Mountain and west toward Beaver Creek that are the true incentive to stay at this home!
Layout
This home is on four levels. When you enter through the front door, there is a large entryway. Heading downstairs from here, there is a small office/entertainment room on the third level. The next level down is the main level with the kitchen, living area, dining area and primary suite. The remaining three bedrooms and the family room, as well as the hot tub, are on the lower level. There is an elevator in the residence for guests’ convenience.
HOME FEATURES
This property offers a spacious living area equipped with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, along with a formal dining area featuring a table for 12 guests. The kitchen includes an auto-drip coffee maker and breakfast bar seating for 5. Additionally, there's a family room with another flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, complemented by an elevator for convenience. Amenities comprise WiFi, a private outdoor hot tub, garage parking for 2 vehicles, a limited cooling system on the main and 3rd floors, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill.

A very practical and comfortable home. The kitchen is amazing, as are the hot tub and the views. The bedrooms are spacious, the sound system is excellent, and the house has all the latest gadgets, including heated floors. We were traveling with older adults, and the elevator made a big difference. Andy welcomed us warmly, the Moving Mountain team was supportive both before our arrival and throughout our stay. We hope to return soon.

Great Home with unbelievable views. Super clean and 10 minutes to Vail lifts. Very spacious and host company very attentive. Don’t hesitate to book as this is a winner.

Our family included 8 adults and one 2 1/2 year old. The home is absolutely delightful for a family ski trip. There are 4 levels to the home and thankfully an elevator for transferring luggage/food from the top level to the exquisite Master bedroom and Kitchen on level 2 and the remaining bedrooms on level 1. Hot tub with heated floor is outside of level 1. The furniture and bedding is really nice and the en-suite bathrooms are also really nice. It was just like a home away from home. We all loved the house. I must admit the drive up to the home is a few miles longer than it appears. They do plow and sprinkle gravel daily so once you get used to the drive it's actually okay - assuming 4 wheel drive vehicles. There is a cleaning service daily and they clean the bathrooms and kitchen areas. Triumph Management team members are amazing to deal with and can help out as needed and respond immediately to inquiries. Gas fireplaces in the 2 main communal seating areas on levels 2 and 1. It's a really gorgeous home and we all had a wonderful visit. We used a 3rd party service for a portable crib and some play toys for our toddler. I give an overall excellent rating on behalf of my family.
