This property was quite spacious and well-suited to hosting families/groups with enough zones for everyone to not feel crowded, along with four full baths and four bedrooms. It was clean and decorated in a lovely way with modern furnishings and high ceilings. It was well-equipped with kitchen and laundry and entertainment systems and had a nice loft area hangout space as well as a small enclosed pool. One of the King suites was main level, and the other bedrooms were upstairs. The foot traffic noise upstairs in the house can be a bit noticeable downstairs. It was in close and convenient proximity to a shopping plaza with groceries, pharmacy, food options, etc. The major theme parks and entertainment centers in the local area are a fairly close drive but also traffic dependent. Parking was not a problem, but the spaces are along the side of the building and not in front of it (no immediate unloading zone at the door). There did seem to be some construction vehicles parked there in the evening as well but there was no noticeable construction noise. The house’s interior staircase could be considered a bit steep for some individuals with mobility challenges and there is a step down from the sidewalk on the exterior to get into the property. The check-in/check out process was convenient. Overall, the house was well-suited to our travel purpose.
