Welcome to Beachside Paradise PCB, Tower 3-1105 at Edgewater Beach Resort. This 2023 updated condo invites you to relax the minute you step inside.
Beachside Paradise PCB had a full update and remodel in late 2023 and now has a clean, crisp vibe that says Beach! To aid in your ideal vacation, you'll find a comfy living area with a sweeping view of the Gulf. Enjoy it from the new sofa/chairs inside or relax on our private balcony with seating. Also in the living area--if you can tear your eyes from the view--is a Smart TV with streaming channels available. Our full-sized kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for meals, snacks and beverages including pots/pans/utensils/dishes, a toaster, blender, and a coffee maker that offers a full pot or single cup ability. Dining can be enjoyed at our table or at the bar.
Our master bedroom features a king sized bed, Smart TV, clothing storage and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also features a king bedroom with Smart TV, clothing storage and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
In the unit, we also provide a washer and dryer, and complimentary high speed fiber wifi allows you to stay as connected as you need.
A seasonally heated pool and hot tub with sundeck are the only things between you and the white sand of the Emerald Coast, or Edgewater's stunning lagoon pool with lush landscaping, waterfalls, VIP chair rentals, and cabana rentals is just a few steps to the west.
The luxurious Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. You'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. Over the resort's pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a copy of ID to confirm age min, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $250 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

This is our second time staying in Edgewater and we LOVED this condo! Hosts were super responsive with all questions. Condo was beautiful with recent renovations and we L0v seeing and hearing the ocean from the balcony. Condo was extremely well stocked and had everything we wanted/needed available. As an unexpected surprise, condo has closet with so much beach stuff!! Perfect if flying in or if you don’t have room in car. We were slightly concerned about walk-in to lagoon pool, but once there, it was quick and easy to access. Highly recommend booking this condo!!!
