This exceptional apartment is located in an iconic Pontaillac residence dating from 1856. It is known for being one of the first residences built by Jean Lacaze, a famous developer of the Roaring Twenties, who proclaimed at the time that "Pontaillac is an independent seaside resort." It was also occupied by the Germans in 1945 and became a grand pre-war luxury hotel in the 1930s before becoming the superb residence you are about to discover.
This luxury 3-STAR apartment comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, semi-open with a serving hatch that serves as a breakfast bar, a bright main room with a dining and sleeping area featuring a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and internet access.
