From Thursday to Wednesday of Carnival.
Serves 8 people.
EXCLUSIVELY
This beautiful apartment is located at the end of the Barra-Ondina circuit, between the "Camarote Salvador" on one side and the "Camarote Planeta Band Othon" on the other.
The apartment faces the sea and does not have a view of the racetrack.
The price of the 2024 Carnival package (February 8 - February 14) is R$ 35.000,00 + energy consumption.
The owner authorizes the use of the apartment for a maximum of 8 guests and will provide 8 wristbands necessary to access the apartment's facilities, as well as a sticker for the car to access the circuit during permitted hours.
The package does not include breakfast and does not include energy consumption (the amount charged will be exactly the amount charged by COELBA for consumption and will be verified through the apartment's energy meter).
Anyone renting will have to sign a short-term rental agreement.
Payment will have to be made in advance.
At check-in, a cash deposit of R$ 2,000.00 will be required as a guarantee against any potential damages.
Guests will be accommodated as follows: 2 in the queen-size bed in the suite, 1 on a mattress placed in the suite, and 2 on mattresses in the living room. There is also an additional bedroom upstairs.
Only those with the guest wristband will have free access to the hotel's facilities (pools, terrace)....
Laundry and breakfast services are extra and will be charged to the hotel if used.
The apartment features a living room with stunning sea views, a kitchen, a bathroom, a sofa, and air conditioning throughout.
The hotel offers a daily basic cleaning and tidying service (since the apartment owner does not depend on this service, they cannot be charged for any problems with it);
1 parking space available
The Duplex Apart offers 24-hour reception and security, internet service, swimming pools (for adults and children), sauna, restaurant, bar, .... and a large rooftop terrace.
