Comfortable, well appointed studio met our needs perfectly. The beautiful vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling bookcases added to the overall ambiance of the space. The guest space was quiet and comfortable and we appreciated the off street parking.

We loved staying here while visiting friends in Benicia! The space was unique which we enjoyed, wondered what the space was before it was for guests (patio or original garage?) Coffee maker was broken on arrival but owner replaced with a new one and ran water through it. We found it relaxing to be there. Just a couple things to note: when traveling, the ability to block out morning light is important to us, sleeping in is a luxury so having a dark room is important and the space had several areas that poured in light (door, high up windows) and the shower head was too large for that shower and in the way for a taller person. An additional towel rack and hook would have been nice. No side table next to one side of bed (couldn't put eye glasses or cell phone next to that side of the bed) A full sized ironing board would have been appreciated. Minor things compared to how great the space would be for someone who wants to just relax in a peaceful place!

We had an amazing stay.We were there for our anniversary. The owner had a nice bottle of wine sitting on the counter for us. And snacks on the table. Very clean and quiet beautiful retreat.
