The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes luxurious furniture with ocean blue decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C unit is also equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool.
The tranquil bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience The bedroom is also equipped with a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a luxurious walk in shower. This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The modern kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, custom tilework and granite countertops. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze.

If you enjoy smaller vacation resorts without the crowds and the pool basically all to yourself with direct ocean views this is the place for you. Phenomenal location within walk or short drive to everything. Welcoming staff. Will be going back next time.

We like to rent unit 108 every year because of its location and the nice appointments inside. Overlooking the ocean where you can watch turtles play in the waves! We were happily surprised to see how beautiful they had upgraded it since last year, so much more tenant friendly! They put beautiful countertops in the kitchen and the bathroom, and the kitchen cabinets have been upgraded along With the appliances. Everything is new and works beautifully. They also removed the closet that was in the entry and replaced it with a cabinet…such a wonderful place to put all of our extra items, snacks and drink mixers 😉.

You can't ask for a better location. The views are spectacular and getting to see the sea turtles was a bonus. The whole experience was great!
