The ground floor is a completely separate 2-bedroom apartment, each bedroom with its en suite bathroom. 1 king and 1 queen bed.
The main house is on 2nd and 3rd floors.
1st floor with 3 bedrooms (3 queens), full kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
2nd floor with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king), full kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
NOT pet friendly. If bring a service dog, please know the rules you need to follow.
This is our personal home. While our personal items will be locked away, there are some personal items throughout the house and locked closets unavailable for guest use.
Main house and ground floor apartment have separate access via keyless entry system.
*It's an additional $100 to heat the pool. The spa is not operational. Check with the host in advance for payment and preparation at least 24 hours before check-in!
*No smoking or parties are allowed.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.
There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the house. There is also public parking in front of the house and across the street.

Plenty of room to rest and play. Awesome location with tons to do for all of the guests. Pool was fantastic after a long day at the beach. Pool area was a great gathering space for a large crowd. Great views from the balconies and a short walk across the street to the ocean. Never had parking problems even on a busy Summer weekend. Beds were comfortable and kitchens well stocked.

Wonderful stay!! From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was the cleanest place ever! From the bedding to the floors to the rugs....just everything was spotless and clean. Even though it's across the street from the beach, there is a very nice view of the ocean. It was relaxing and beautiful. The walk to the beach was no longer than the times we stayed in a high rise and walked to the beach. Very easy peasy. And the house has all you need to go to the beach....chairs, toys, etc. We bought an umbrella and left it there so others could use.We had a bit of a snafu with the pool filter not working when we arrived, but communication with the owner was quick and easy and the problem fixed the next day. It was great having a pool at the house. So relaxing and fun.We rented a golf cart from Southern Breezes and they delivered it right to the house. So much fun! The area is golf cart friendly and we drove all around.For a relaxing vacation in a very nice, safe area, this is the best there is! Thanks for a great time!
