You'll have the best of both worlds . . . . minutes to beautiful Bethany beaches plus a fabulous community pool and tennis courts! Sleeping 8, the townhouse is comfortably furnished with a 1st floor Twin bunk bedroom plus a King bedroom and bedroom with 2 Full beds on the 2nd floor. There is a Jack N' Jill bath on the 2nd floor and a Half bath on the 1st floor. When not at the beach, shopping in the unique Bethany boutiques, or dining in the wonderful local eateries, you can enjoy a tennis match, lounge at the pool or stream your favorite show on one of the smart TV's in the townhouse. Feel like dining in? Grill your burgers and steaks on the patio gas grill. The kids and adults alike will love the outdoor communal play area, cornhole set, books and DVDs. The owners have thoughtfully included multiple beach chairs and a pack n' play, baby chair and baby gates for your tiniest one! No pets or smoking please.
Guests pay a $165 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptableWe accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit.
We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. We enjoyed our time at this beautifully decorated home! Despite being advertised as bring your own linens, the house came with dish towels, bathroom mats, dish soap, sponge, hand soap and paper towels. There were 8 great beach chairs and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes. The pots could be upgraded, but we really can’t complain about our stay and hope we can find the time to come back next year.

Our family of 7 had a great time at this vacation spot. The beds and couches were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 6 very sturdy beach chairs and a nice beach umbrella that we appreciated using. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed the community pool and pickleball courts within walking distance. The only drawback was that the grill was a little rusty and didn't maintain an even temp. It flared constantly, burning our food. So you may want to rethink your plans to use the grill. But otherwise, this is a great spot close to Bethany Beach. (Note: linens and towels are not provided. The rental contract clearly states that, so I don't know why other reviewers were surprised by that. Plan to either take your own or pay for the linen package.) As a general note to Bethany Beach guests -- parking is tricky on the weekends. So if you are heading to the beach, you will want to get there before 9am or you will spend a long time circling the block until you find a spot. Be sure to keep your eye on your time b/c they enforce the parking and will ticket you as soon as your time runs out.

Great location and lots of amenities. We were disappointed with the condition of the rental, which was not as well-maintained as prior properties we have stayed at. The bath/shower, for instance, had pieces that were not in working order and others that were dirty. The kitchen had ant baits in multiple locations and, by the end of our short stay, the ants had re-emerged in the property. The booking process and the property manager were great, but the house was somewhat lacking other than it's location.
