Our stay was very comfortable here, as we were easily able to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. It was just a few minutes car ride to Anderson University. The beds were very comfortable and the hall bath was well equipped w/toiletries and the water pressure was adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with a Keurig, pods and coffee cups, wine glasses and dinner and silver ware. We didn't cook anything, but the kitchen was comfortable enough with the four seat table. The living room with large screen tv, 2 comfy chairs and a pull-out sofa was nice for congregating. I would have liked two additional occasional tables for each chair, but the chairs were easy enough to pull up to the large coffee table. It was a very nice comfortable stay and I would be fine to stay here again. The host kept in touch with us and we so appreciate her kindness.

We absolutely loved our stay at this one of kind loft. The details are so incredible and it takes a while to truly see all this space has to offer. We highly recommend choosing The Loft 23 if you’re looking for a unique, stylish, fun and cozy place to stay in the heart of downtown Anderson!

This was an amazing place. Had many places you could just walk to restaurants and stores. Beautiful on the inside. We had an amazing day and definitely plan to come back. The only thing I can think of that was a bit of inconvenience was parking. But overall, a great place to take a couple of vacation days.

The management service was definitely one of the Best experiences I have had with property rentals. The teams support was very timely and accurate, without being intrusive or overwhelming.The property was a beautiful find, truly a hidden gem in a great location. While there was sufficient information about the cigar smell from the lounge below, I would recommend/suggest researching additional options to help, even though it was not overwhelming. I easily caught the odors at specific spots when walking through the loft. I was not surprised as the comments/reviews provided advance notice. Nonetheless this may have been a show stopper for anyone with allergies or medical conditions that are triggered by capillary restrictions. That said, I am adding Loft23 to my favorites. I provided a few minor items that I felt would make things even better, but this property does not need many touches to "set it off".Anderson is a beautiful little city. I rated this location/property easily 9.8 out of 10!
