There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.
No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.
Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).
Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. Check-in was very easy, and having free parking was a big plus. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent all around! Pool and fitness room top notch. Great location. Far more quiet than expected, too. Responsive manager when communicating. Would stay again!

We were hoping for an early check in but instead, our check in was delayed for over an hour. The housekeeping staff was very rude and made us uncomfortable. It is not a very walkable location and transit is not as readily available as one would hope.
