Enjoy a stylish experience at this stylish and centrally-located Sarasota 4BR/3BA, newly remodeled (2023) home. ~5 mins to downtown Sarasota, ~15 mins to Lido Key Beach, ~20 mins to Siesta Key Beach, ~5 mins to Bobby Jones Golf Club, and ~5 min WALK to Orioles Spring Training at Ed Smith Stadium. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Plus, a huge back yard with beautiful landscaping and a large, heated resort-style pool. You can't beat this house for this price! Book today!
Kitchen/dining room: Gourmet kitchen, four bar stools and dining table for eight. Gorgeous!

Bedrooms: Three have king beds (sleeps 6 total) and one has a Queen/XL Twin bunk + Twin bunk (sleeps 5 total). All but the bunk room has a 55" TV. All have big closets and luggage racks.
Bathrooms: Primary bathroom has a giant shower, an amazing soaking tub, toilet and double vanity. The other two bathrooms have large showers, single vanities and toilets. We provide hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in all bathrooms.
TVs: 85" TV + surround sound in living room, 55" TV outdoors by the dining table, and three 55" TVs in the bedrooms
Furniture: All brand new, beautiful contemporary furniture and artwork. Also, great outdoor area around the heated pool - dining table for 8, couch sectional with fire pit with large cantilever umbrella, four loungers with umbrellas, corn hole, pool toys, and more!
Backyard: Sectional sofa area with fire pit, outdoor dining table that seats eight, four comfortable lounge chairs by the pool with umbrellas and tables. Plus pool toys & games and an outdoor TV.

We needed a place for an impromptu family trip to Sarasota — my wife and I plus both sets of parents. This place was perfect. Great bedrooms, great common space, great backyard pool area. We spent a lot of time at the house and it had everything we needed. We were there for a week and still didn't take full advantage of some of the amenities. The hosts were very helpful and provided great direction. We would definitely return if another opportunity comes up.

We come to Florida with our family and kids every year sometimes twice a year…. I’ve rented lots of homes over time. This has been one of favorite homes I will list a few reasons why. This host has thought out a few extra things that as a mother and traveling with kids and many family members it’s the small things that makes this place special. 1) lots of extra shower towels ( more then 1 per person , it’s great I don’t always have to run a wash to make sure we have clean towels. 2) lots of pool towels! This was helpful especially on days we went to the beach. 3)nice pots and pans in good condition that are not scratched! I really appreciate this one. It makes cooking on vacation easier and more pleasant! 4) I’ve stayed in homes that only provide the exact amount of dishes . That makes it annoying for me to have to wash dishes so frequently just to have a clean fork. This home had a nice selection of dishes and silverware. 5) Extra blankets and pillows! As we adjust to the different climate it was especially helpful to have.6)extra supplies like lotion for dry skin and after sun aloe, shampoo and extra seasoning in the kitchen. 7) the pool was heated to a pleasant temperature and ready to swim and we didn’t have any issues with the pool. ( many rentals advertised a pool but don’t spend the money to heat it. ) This home is a great home away from home! It was also in a great location . Everything was a short drive for us ! And about 10 min from SRQ airport .
