Nice property. Pools right off the back. Beach only 3 minute walk. Loved our stay. Would definitely book again.

Was a good location and access to the beach. The pictures were accurate on location of furniture but did not realize that it was as small of a space as it is. That was a failure on our part to look closely at the details. The room was quiet at night. It worked fine for just two of us. A family of four might be crowded. The bed is in a nook bewteen windows so not much airflow if you are used to a fan as the ceiling fan is over the living area space. No space to place books or lights or phones next to the bed. The matress was sunk more in the middle so it wasn't the most comfortable. Fine for a two-day stay but not sure it would have been the most comfortable for a longer stay or with more people due to the small space.

Stay a week in 1162 for birthday with wife and 3 yo granddaughter. We had the best time, beaching, finding shells, crab hunting and of course they pools ( 3yo loves pools). Weather was awesome and gulf water was awesome also. Will definitely be back for another September vacation.
