Enjoy our large comfortable home, easy to find, and accessible via a beautiful neighborhood walk to Cornell's campus. Perfect for gathering family to celebrate a grad! A living room, family room, game basement, and separate office mean there's space and fun for everyone. The furnished patio with a gas grill and a large fenced yard sporting a basketball hoop with partial blacktop is perfect for enjoying beautiful weather. A front porch offers scenic views, rain or shine. Our kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to cook a large dinner. Ithaca boasts amazing restaurants, beautiful scenery and hikes, state parks, and plenty of swimming holes in nearby creeks and on Cayuga Lake. Just around the corner from our home is Mulholland Wildlife Preserve along Six Mile Creek, which is great for an easy walk or trail run. Also just 2 miles from Six Mile Creek Winery; or a 20 minute drive to the Finger Lakes wine trail on the West Hill of Cayuga. Only a mile walk to Cornell's campus or Collegetown making it a very convenient location for Graduation or Reunions weekends. Lastly, just 2 miles to downtown Ithaca. We are in the perfect central location to everything Ithaca has to offer!

Our family booked here for a graduation weekend, and everything was truly spectacular! Truly can’t imagine it being any better!Our experience began and ended with the home owner who was very responsive, attentive and accommodating throughout. They treated our needs and plans as their own.The house itself is great! …at the same time spacious and warm and inviting … plenty of gathering spaces for our family of 8 adults. We had everything we needed readily available.The location was convenient to everything Ithaca, which made our coming and going easy.Great house, great location, spectacular communication with owners!Highly recommend you stay here!

We stayed here for Cornell graduation 2024. Big family aged. 17-87. Place was perfect. Plenty of space inside and outdoors for a large multigenerational family. Plenty of parking. Christine made the checkin process seamless and stayed in touch with us for the entire stay. Comfortable, clean, cozy. We highly recommend!
