• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• No candles or open flames (inside or outside).
• Violations may result in cancellation or extra charges per policy.
• Any lost remote control will incur a $75 replacement fee.
• Pet Fee: $125 per animal. We are happy to host your well-behaved pets.
• Refundable Security Deposit of $500.

Had to be in California for family situation and traveling with a dog can limit places to stay. This place was perfect location to be close to family and the yard was great for the pooch with lovely orange tree.
