About this house rental
Welcome to the Langley Beach House! Truly the only waterfront vacation home right in downtown Langley. Our 2 story, 5 bedroom home sits on the waters edge just down the street from the Langley Marina. You will enjoy the spectacular view from nearly every spot in the house.
We comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests with plenty of space to spread out. The main floor, with picture windows along the water side, has a very open floor plan with easy access to the outdoor patio and yard.
Main Floor:
- Large water view windows the whole length of the house
- Sunken living room with 2 sofas, television and a wall of windows with sliding door to the water side patio
- Dining area with table for 8 and 3 additional seats at the counter
- Desk & chair and closet with games and puzzles
- Well equipped kitchen - lots of dishes, pots & pans, small appliances (just let us know if you need something particular)
- Spacious water side bedroom with queen bed and 2 chairs in sitting area with picture windows
- Full bathroom with separate shower and bath tub and a powder room
- Sunroom off of the kitchen with wet bar and sliding door to water side patio and side yard
- Laundry/Mudroom off of kitchen with dog crate, utility sink with outside door
Upstairs:
- 4 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom
- Master bedroom with king bed, TV, balcony overlooking the water, private vanity and sink and direct access to the shared bathroom
- 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and large windows overlooking the water
- 3rd bedroom with king bed and view of the water
- 4th bedroom with twin bed and outside view
- 1 shared bathroom with vanity, sink and shower
Outside -
- Trex deck on the water side patio that runs the length of the house
- Gas grill and outdoor dining table
- Firepit and outdoor seating
- Concrete bulkhead with steps to the beach. Please note - the beach is accessible at low tide only - the water comes up to the bulkhead when the tide is on (Please see photos)
- Small side yard with grass
- Langley is just up the hill - walk, drive or take the free golf cart shuttle (summer only) - restaurants, shops, theatre, galleries, etc
- Whidbey Island Kayaking rents kayaks and paddle boards close by
- Parking is limited - we can fit 2 standard size cars or 3 small cars
Some important notes:
- We have a guest information guide at the house with helpful operational instructions as well as things to do
- Parking is limited
- Fireplaces in the photos are not operational (we do have a firepit outside)
- The house is on the edge of the water - children must be watched at all times!
- The beach is accessible at low tide only
- The showers are a bit narrower than standard showers

We had a wonderful stay at the Langley beach house. I was there with my besties and it was truly a memorable getaway. The house is beautiful, the view is stunning, and the location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back!

A perfect location to downtown Langley. The views can’t be beat. The space in the home was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location! Would definitely stay here again. Took this trip with a group of 7 other women for a fun reunion trip around the PNW. Stayed on Whidbey Island for 2 nights and Langley was the perfect spot. This house was walking distance to everything in downtown Langley and the view from the deck and living room were stellar. Truly amazing views! We didn’t see any orcas like we were hoping but we did have a friendly harbor seal who came to socialize several times and when the tide was out a Bald eagle landed directly in front of us to eat a crab. We did a polar plunge in the 50 degree water to swim with the seals and made so many memories. I’m planning on booking again with my family in the off season! You won’t regret staying here!!Just to add, fully stocked kitchen so we didn’t need to bring anything. All the upstairs bedrooms had escape ladders and locking doors but I will say the twin size bedroom was a little utilitarian. No bells and whistles, just a bed and a ton of closet space. Not a complaint but a younger child might be a little scared to stay in there. The home was PLENTY spacious for 8 of us though the home is a little on the older side so there were some light restrictions with the septic tank but nothing extreme enough to avoid staying here.
