This dog friendly, spacious home boasts approximately 3,000 square feet of living space. With high ceilings, large bedrooms & gathering areas, the group will be comfortable & have plenty of room to spread out and relax!
Distance to Main Street, Walla Walla tasting rooms, restaurants & shopping: 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk.
Distance to Whitman College: 1.5 miles via car or 20 minute walk.
Distance to Southside wineries & tasting rooms: 6 miles via car.

We provide high-end bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover towels and wipes, and all bedrooms have white noise machines and earplugs for light sleepers.
The cozy and private back yard is complete with a large dining table, which seats 12, a propane BBQ & cafe string lights for evening meals & hanging out.
This historic home has has been outfitted with all new modern conveniences for our guests' comfort: all systems have been updated, including new plumbing, electrical system, and including separate heating & cooling units & thermostats for each floor.
We are Dog friendly, 2 dog maximum, up to 50 pounds each dog. Pets must be included and disclosed in the reservation, as we charge a non-refundable pet fee. Guests to send inquiry/message to host to add Pet(s) to reservation if option not available or not marked at time of booking.

Terrific location, walking distance to downtown. The home is a beautiful, extremely well-maintained historic home. Everything we needed was there we spent an evening enjoying the backyard. Great home base for our group of girlfriends to enjoy a long weekend in Walla Walla!

We rented this home for a weekend wine trip with four other couples. From the minute we walked in the door, all the ladies were commenting on the tasteful decorations and the absolutely beautiful home! There were bedrooms to accommodate all of us and every one of them was super comfortable. The formal dining room was perfect for having dinner together and hanging out, playing games in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed for when we decided to BBQ. There was not one thing missing from this amazing house. Communication with Tracy was outstanding. Every time I messaged her, she had an answer right away. Everything about the stay was fantastic and we will return in the future. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great house for large groups. Eight women enjoyed a weekend away in Walla Walla while staying at the James McCool house, and everyone said they would return. It’s a thoughtfully restored home with plenty of room and filled with decor that celebrate the house’s history. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you might need. The large dining room was perfect for playing games and sharing meals. The only, slight downside is that the intersection where the house is located has quite a bit of traffic, but we all agreed that this wasn’t bothersome enough to keep us from staying again.
