We stayed at a property managed by this team back in May. The service was great, communication was smooth, and the home appeared to be brand new.
As with many new builds, there were a few small issues — things like a loose door handle, a towel rack, and a minor toilet leak. Since we were in town for work and had a packed schedule, we didn’t notice or report them until after our stay.
Just a heads-up for future guests: it’s best to report any issues as soon as you notice them, even if they seem minor. This helps avoid any confusion later on.
Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the responsiveness of the management team.
