Luxus Villa mit Atemberaubenden Panorama

Villa Panoramica is committed to providing guests with the highest level of relaxation (and privacy) through exceptional accommodations. Days on the property begin with the scents and sounds of nature, combined with an unmissable panoramic view of the sea—visible even from the comfort of your bed. Enjoy everything the villa has to offer, from dawn and the chirping of birds to dusk and a fresh sea breeze. Three hundred square meters of outdoor space, a large portion of which features a swimming pool with views of the sea, the islands, the Ubas Peninsula, and Cape Kamenjak. The interior is divided into sleeping and relaxation areas on the first floor, a living area, kitchen, and outdoor kitchen on the middle floor, and an entertainment area on the lower floor, where you’ll find a gym and a small wellness area that, together with the swimming pool and professional hot tub, creates a spa oasis. Treat yourself to your favorite meal in the dining room of the living area or outdoors, or show off your culinary skills in two professionally equipped kitchens. To observe the starry sky, a telescope is available in the sleeping area, which you can also use during the day to explore the coastline of southeastern Istria.
