The spacious private backyard beckons you to unwind in style, boasting a sparkling 14x12 plunge pool with waterfall surrounded by a sprawling patio adorned with outdoor furniture, dining table and BBQ grill.

The expansive dock is capable of hosting large sailboats, smaller vessels and also jet skis and kayaks on the interior dockside. Complete with a large gazebo canopy the dock provides an ideal spot for relaxation, with plenty of seating and a ladder to the water. Enjoy fishing or spotting playful dolphins and manatees. First off, this is an excellent property in a great location for a vacation. The owner obviously takes great pride in the property, it is immaculate, well maintained, and comfortable. It is stocked with everything you need. We cooked excellent meals, there were some spices in the kitchen and a nice grill to cook on. The garage has fishing gear and everything you need to go to the beach. Our expectations were exceeded. We did not bring our boat but if you are considering it, the dock is outstanding. We did catch a few fish there as well.
