The apartment is located on a quiet street in a beautiful historic building. Every window offers views of the Eiffel Tower and the city's rooftops. It comprises two rooms and provides a comfortable space for an upscale stay in the heart of Paris.
Located on the 6th floor with elevator, the apartment comprises :
- a bright, welcoming living room with high ceilings.
- a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven/microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower,
- bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and heated towel rail,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, clothes hangers,
- fan,
- WiFi and Smart TV with cable,
- The accommodation has a portable air conditioner.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

Great find in the 7th arond; 5-minute walk to Seine, Rue Marbourg, Rue Cler; great neighborhood of St. Dominique; 15 min. to Eiffel Tower.
Mgmt Co was on time and responsive when we had questions. Lovely stay in historical bldg; views of Eiffel from lg. windows.
I could go on and on; we were pleased to sleep well and to have some meals there.
