House was perfect for our group! The path to the beach on the side of the house was my favorite. Seeing the sun rise there was amazing! Kids had a blast in the pool and the game room. Kitchen was laid out perfectly for our needs! We totally loved the full pantry to the side of the kitchen. 2 things really stood out as not so great. The dishwasher on the right did not work and I felt the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Other that that! Perfect!

Stayed for the week with 16 family members although a few had to leave a couple of days early. House was beautiful and well kept; in very good shape...I would guess less than 5 years old. Very spacious accomodations. Pictures on website are pretty much-what-you-see-is-what-you-get! Floor plan seemed strategic...we could be close together in the large living room or find places to be alone (when needed) and all of the bedrooms were secluded either by a hallway or other type of room. Property Manager, Mr Kitts, was very responsive to texts with questions. One small issue with a broken ice maker; was unable to get it fixed while we were there, but we felt due diligence was done on their part to assess the situaton and try to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. We survived with one trip to the store for 4-5 bags of ice and had some left over. The view of the surf from the house was obscured due to the high dunes, even from the top level, but not much anyone could do about that; the ocean is still visible however. The private walkway to the beach exits to the public beach access path. There was a sharp drop-off from the public beach access path down to the beach. It was a little tenuous at best. Each morning there were beach chairs and umbrellas prepared, waiting for us to use. Poor kid had to set them up one morning in a driving rain. We really appreciated all of the work behind the scenes to get the house ready for us. We plan on returning next year.Jeff: Jamestown, NC

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed the home so much that we stayed in more than we went out. Thank you for an amazing team trip!
