Great Getaway Location from the Noise and Haste for a relaxing Vacation in the small town of Coboconk, Kawartha Lakes. Water Front 5 Bed room 2 Washroom with Docks . Great fishing. Swimming, canoeing and all water sports activities from the yard. 3 Canoes, Paddle Boat, 2 Row Boats, 3 Kayaks, Paddles, Life jackets BBQ Grill, all provided at no extra Cost. Great place for all ages. Weed less Clear water to Swim. About 150 Kilometers from Toronto.
1. BDR 1- Queens size Bed - On the main Floor
2. BDR 2- Queen Bed
3. BDR 3= On the Upper floor with double Bed
4. BDR 4- On the Upper Floor with double Bed
5. BDR 5- On the Upper floor has 2 Twin Beds and One Bunk Bed - for 4 to sleep
Main floor has- Kitchen, Living room ,Main Wash room , and the second Wash room, Storage Room and a second Fridge, Walk out from Mud room to the Deck over looking the lake
Central Ac and an additional portable AC on the Upper Floor.
THIS 4 Bed room 2 W/ R ( One full one half both on the main floor) WATER FRONT cottage is available for your summer fun away from the Busy Life. Heating , Air conditioning and Wifi , Tv, for your comfortable stay. 3 Canoes, 3 Kayaks, 2 Row Boats, Two paddle Boats, Paddles, Life jackets, BBQ, many Picnic tables, outdoor chairs all provided at NO EXTRA COST. 3 DOCKS ( shared with #11 cottage) , Camp Fire Pit not shared. WEEDLESS Clean Water front to enjoy your evenings, sun, Swimming, docking your boat. Fully equipped Kitchen with all necessary Cutleries . Water is wheedles, crystal clear shallow approx. 1 Ft near the shore line and a 5 to 6 Feet at the end of the Docks. Swimming is safe for all ages including Toddlers. We are about 150 Kms about 1 3/4 Hour drive from GTA /Hwy 401/400/404. 45 Minutes from New Market/Aurora

Coboconk small Town is Picturesque all around . Great Canoeing and kayaking where you could to the main lake down the channel or up the stream on Gull river to Silver lake.

Great spot right on the water. Enough room for all of us to sleep and eat at the table together. The water sports were great the kids had so much fun with them. They were in the water everyday all day. Would highly recommend. Great cottage experience

My family has a great time. Tomson was responsive.
The water is great for jumping off the dock and swimming. The dam is very close and can look a bit intimidating but the water directly around the dock is quite calm. Do not venture out too far unless you are a stronger swimmer and can push against the gentle but very present current.
The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, but that’s what you want in a cottage, right?
You really are in town and nearly everything is walking distance: groceries, pub, etc.
It was a fabulous week.
