Welcome to our charming cabin nestled in a serene neighborhood with flat, easy-to-navigate roads, ensuring a stress-free drive. Outside the hustle and bustle of the city but very centrally located, near the mountaintop with the views of mount Leconte in smoky mountains.
Less than 6 miles to Dollywood, The island in Pigeon Forge, & Dollywood's Splash country, about 10 miles from main attractions in Gatlinburg & 15 miles from main entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National park.
4-wheel drive is recommended for winter months as the driveway can be steep.
We require at least one guest to be 25 years old. If the guest booking is under the age of 25, we require proof of release of guardianship.
Consumption of alcohol and elicit drugs of any kind by under age guest is prohibited and the responsibility of enforcing this rules is strictly given to the person(s) named and verified as over the age of 25. The owner will not be responsible for any injuries that result from this rule being broken.
Smoking inside the cabin strictly prohibited. Any smoking outside must be cleaned up by the guest.
Due to owners' health history, we can not accommodate any pets, including service animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We require guests with no reviews or limited positive reviews to verify their email address before we can approve their booking request.
After you've completed your booking, we kindly request that the primary guest (the person who made the booking) submits a copy of their government-issued photo ID for verification purposes.
We accept passports, driver's licenses, or any official government-issued photo ID that clearly displays the primary guest's date of birth.
The guest booking the stay must sign a Rental Agreement before the stay is accepted

Unapproved late checkouts will result in fines up to $250.
