The holiday home "Bernarda" in Villa de Arico is an excellent choice for your vacation, offering views of the Atlantic Ocean. This tastefully decorated 244 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, television, fan, washing machine, and capsule coffee maker. A cot is also available.
You will enjoy a cosy private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated on request and is available for an extra fee), garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Public transport links are within walking distance. Nearby you will find fast food outlets, pizzerias, wineries, and the fishing village of San Miguel de Tajao.
Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Please do not use the bath towels in the pool area (designated pool towels are provided) and do not wash towels or bed linen (the hosts provide clean towels).

the villa isn’t by the sea and you will need a car but these are not criticism of the property. From the outside it's very unassuming but behind the old wooden door is a wonderful house. Three very comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms with shower products supplied, a well equipped kitchen with a welcome pack and a really lovely garden...the water-feature in the pool is a lovely touch. Everything is perfectly clean. We all loved it. Owners alway available to help and quaint Spanish town on the doorstep. Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant especially the ladies in the supermarket. Highly recommend this wonderful place.
