About this house rental
New to VRBO but 5 stars on other rental site! Comfortable, updated, and functional house central to Phoenix and minutes from most major cities (Scottsdale, Tempe, and more!). Please note the pool can not be heated!
House includes an amazing outdoor space, a pool with a fence (very rare!), new Nectar mattresses in each of the bedrooms, fiber internet with a wifi-6 router that will consistently get 950 MBPS upload and download (perfect for working or streaming movies), and even a full Rock Band set for the Xbox 360.

Every detail was perfect! The kitchen and home were clean and had very useful dishes, pans and extras. We cooked in more than usual!! And the backyard was great for our family visits. We definitely will stay here again.

We were visiting family in Phoenix and this was the perfect spot to stay. Plenty of space and a lot of games and fun for our whole family. Loved hanging out in the backyard with the pool and backyard activities. Check-in and out process were very easy and host was easy to contact.
