Welcome to Surf City, this 1st Floor unit of a traditional beach duplex offers indoor and outdoor space for hanging out and enjoying all the best of LBI from a central location. 2 bedroom/1 bath with reserved outdoor shower, this unit offers a cozy retreat for your next family vacation. 2 short blocks to the wide guarded Division Ave beach, steps away from the public boat ramp in Surf City (across Barnegat Ave from the house), as well as steps from playground, basketball / baseball / tennis & pickle-ball courts. Dining space in eat-in kitchen seats 6, table on front deck to seat 6, as well as a semi-private picnic area in backyard to seat 6 at picnic table & additional seating with adirondack chairs & small fire pit (as well as a gas grill for those nights you want to hang out & BBQ). Quiet street with mostly owner occupied homes, makes for a relaxing vacation time - 2 off-street parking spaces assigned for each unit. 6 beach badges for Surf City, 6 beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella with sand stake, and small cooler are provided for each rental unit so you can pack a bit lighter and just enjoy the beach. How You Brewin coffee house (light breakfast & lunch options available daily) and Pelican Sno Cones at the top of the street. Easy walk / bike to center of Surf City for the eateries & shopping.

This place was perfect. It is close to the beach and the house has everything you could possibly need to bring to the beach. The owner is very nice and accommodating. There are little notes throughout the house which are always helpful. The backyard is dope! Spacious with hammock, lawn patio furniture, bond fire. What more. What more could you ask for?!
